| Warranty policy |
All products purchased from SENSOR INDUSTRIES LIMITED ( SENSOR ) are warranted against defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of thirteen (13) months from the date of the shipment date, except
accessories such as the microphone, remote control, and the like, which are covered for a period of ninety (90)
days only, commencing from the date of the shipment date.
The conditions of this warranty and the extent of responsibility of Sensor shall be as follows:
- The warranty will not apply if the tape or serial no. of the unit has been altered, removed or defaced.
- The warranty does not cover the damage caused to the product due to misuse or improper installation
by the customer or buyer, such as connecting the unit to other vehicle or equipment not consistent with the
power voltage input, or exposing the unit to excessive or extreme heat.
- The warranty does not cover the damage to the unit caused by accident, lightning, damage by water or rain,
fire, improper ventilation, dropping or excessive shock, or all sorts of unforeseen events.
- The warranty does not extend to the packaging of the product, such as gift box, sticker, instruction manual,
label, plastic cover and the like. The warranty is only for the main unit and its parts, provided the product is
delivered in a complete set, without any alterations or defacement. Accessories have a limited warranty period
of ninety (90) days from the date of shipment date.
- The product to be repaired must be brought or delivered to its Service Center in Hong Kong or Shenzhen,
China. Sensor will not shoulder the cost of freight or courier charge to and from the country of the
buyer. It shall only repair or replace the unit free of charge sans the freight or courier cost.
- Sensor strongly recommend that the customer read and follow the instruction manual carefully to avoid misuse
Of the unit and to prolong the life of the product.
